3. Eligibility

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering binding contracts.

4. Account Terms

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability; we may refuse or cancel orders.

  • Payments are processed via third parties (e.g., PayPal, Wix Commerce); you agree to their terms.

  • Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes and duties.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • We ship nationwide using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • We fulfill orders ourselves then hand them to carriers. Title and risk of loss pass according to carrier terms once an item is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds (Domestic)

  • Domestic returns accepted within 15 business days of delivery if the item is intact, unused, and not damaged.

  • Buyer pays return shipping; return shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

  • Restocking fee: $10 for items with purchase price over $75.

  • No returns or refunds for items damaged after delivery or lost in transit.

  • Custom or handmade items: returns accepted only if intact and not damaged; contact us before returning.

8. International Sales — No Refund Policy

  • All international sales are final: no refunds, returns, or exchanges for customers outside the United States.

9. No Refunds for Certain Situations

  • International orders are non-refundable. Domestic refunds follow section 7.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on EFIEhandmade.com—text, images, graphics, designs, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by EFIE Handmade. You may not reproduce or use content without permission.

11. User Content

  • If you post reviews or other content, you grant EFIE Handmade a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the site and our business.

12. Prohibited Conduct

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution; Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

  • These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and a recognized arbitration provider. You and EFIE Handmade waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action or representative proceeding.

18. Electronic Communications

  • By using the site you agree to receive electronic communications from us. Notices to EFIE Handmade should be sent to info@efiehandmade.com.

19. Changes to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

20. Miscellaneous

If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EFIE Handmade regarding the site.
